Destination Improvement: HVR - BigQuery - Add Quota project feature to BigQuery Integrate

Team, 

Just like this feature (https://fivetran.com/docs/connectors/databases/bigquery/setup-guide#optionalconfigurequotaproject) that exists in Fivetran SaaS connector, it would be good to have similar optional quota project variable exists in HVR. 

This would help us segregate where our data lands and where the job execution occurs which would/might help during our billing process and help add in other BigQuery features like slots for job execution.

    Deepak,

    Engineering reported that the ODBC driver - that HVR uses - does not support QuotaProjectId.

    Could you please contact Google to find out if this can be added to the ODBC driver connection arguments?
