Connector Improvement: PagerDuty: Connect Notification with Incident

Incident's generate notifications but the current ERD doesn't link Notifications to Incidents. Notification's links to a user, but not the incident or event that triggered the notification in the first place. So you can't see how many notifications a given incident caused nor which services, policies, etc. are generating the most notifications. 

Since a user can be involved in my incidents, services, policies, etc. There is no way to link the notification to anything outside of the immediate user.

    Hi Matt,

    Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention. We appreciate your diligence in reporting it, as it helps us improve our product and service.PagerDuty technical support mentioned that currently, there is no way to link the notification endpoint with direct incidents via APIs. So, we cannot move forward with this request until PagerDuty supports this functionality in their API.
