Connector Improvement: [Stripe] Turn off invoice_account_tax_id for invoice table

Our highest MAR table for Stripe is invoice_account_tax_id which appears to be an input table for invoice. We need the invoice table but the cost of the invoice_account_tax_id table is massive - 4x the MAR of the next largest table across all of Stripe. It doesn't appear that I can turn off this table without turning off all of the invoice table. Can you help users make MAR more manageable without turning off the entire invoice table by allowing them to deselect child tables?

    Thank you for bringing this to our notice.

    We understand the impact of the invoice_account_tax_id table on your MAR, and we will address this on priority. We agree that you should not be charged for a table that does not fit into your analytical use case. We’ll work on a solution that allows you to deselect child tables without turning off the entire invoice table.
