    Hi Stefan,

Thank you for the feature request. I understand how important it is to include detailed information about shipment refunds for accurate refund calculations.

While this specific data is not currently supported, I’ve added your request to our backlog for consideration. Next quarter, we’re focusing on migrating existing endpoints to GraphQL and performing an API version upgrade. While this means we may not address this immediately, we’ll prioritize it based on demand and update you on any developments.

    Best,
    Sandeep

    Hi Sandeep,

Thank you for your response and for including our request in your backlog.

I understand that you and your team need to plan this well and that you have a lot of requests on your plate. However, it is quite painful to wait half a year before we can expect the Shopify sales figures to be fully and accurately reported.

    Best,
    Stefan

    Hi Stefan,

Thank you for reaching out with your request. We currently have a `refund_shipping_line` table in the Shopify connector that includes shipping refund amounts and taxes. It contains fields for `subtotal_amount_set` and `tax_amount_set` in both presentment and shop currencies. Could you please clarify if this meets your needs, or if you see any other gaps in the schema that might affect your use case?

    Best,
    Sandeep

    Hi Stefan,

We just introduced a GraphQL Schema toggle in the Shopify connector setup flow. Enabling this toggle allows you to create a new Shopify connection using our GraphQL schema, which provides access to many newer Shopify fields and tables that are not available in the Legacy schema.

Since the Shipping Refund data is available only in the GraphQL schema, it will not appear in an existing Legacy schema connection. To sync this data, you'll need to create a new Shopify connection with the GraphQL Schema toggle enabled. Existing connections cannot be switched from the Legacy schema to the GraphQL schema.

Before creating a new connection, we recommend reviewing the following documentation:
