Other: My Tickets / Org Tickets ORDER by Ticket # feature
CompletedHi Team, my request for improvement today is to have the possibility to order support cases by Ticket # (ID) this will help us to avoid confusion on which is the latest updated against when we need to know which ticket is the last one. At today we don't have that option available.

Hi Max,
Great idea! We've now added the ability to sort support cases by Ticket # (ID), so you can easily identify the most recent tickets. Just click on the ID column in the requests table to toggle between ascending and descending order.
