Connector Improvement: Enhance freshservice ticket_item sync is missing custom fields

The Freshservice connector is currently not syncing the custom fields on the ticket_item object which doesn't make it useful for certain analytics/reporting use cases.

Please enhance the connector to sync these missing fields.
