Connector Improvement: Customer Actions in ReCharge Subscription Connector
AnsweredI would like the ReCharge connector to access the ReCharge Event endpoints so that we can access the customer actions within their subscription platform such as pause, swap product, skip delivery, and many others. These actions are core to their Subscription Management offering and so, adds a lot of value to the data model. Without this, it is quite intensive to try and create this subscription history, which the current QuickStart models do not address.
I think the connector improvement would be straighht forward and add a lot of value as it is event data.
FYI. More Info about how to do it from ReCharge:

Fivetran connects to the Recharge API using a Recharge API token set up specifically for Fivetran. In terms of the Recharge API, we have the Events routes linked here that would outline events in the store such as customer actions. This route pulls similar data to the Recharge "Events" Export outlined here. Based on Fivetran's Recharge documentation that you linked, it does not appear that these Events endpoints are used, but that is not something I can fully confirm on my end, as Recharge does not manage Fivetran.

Hi Neal,
Thank you for the feature request.
We understand how important these customer actions are to your subscription model, and we see how valuable integrating the ReCharge Event endpoints would be. While we're not able to prioritize this immediately, I’ve added it to our backlog for consideration. We plan to address it soon and will prioritize it based on demand, keeping you updated on any developments.
Best,
