Connector Improvement: Enable All Columns by Default with BLOCK_ALL Schema Change Handling During Initial Connector Setup

Currently, when setting schema_change_handling to BLOCK_ALL in Fivetran, there is no option to enable all columns by default during the initial connector setup.

This feature request proposes the addition of a configuration option to enable all columns by default when initializing connectors with schema_change_handling = "BLOCK_ALL". This functionality would simplify workflows and reduce manual intervention.
