AWS offers a valuable feature called Redshift Managed VPC Endpoint, which allows granting access to other AWS accounts. While this feature is currently available for Redshift Clusters, it is not yet supported for Redshift Serverless.

Adding support for this feature in Redshift Serverless would significantly reduce management and maintenance overhead, streamlining cross-account access and simplifying operations.
