Connector Improvement: Connector Improvement: Update cin7 connector to only pull changes

This connector pulls all data every time, which takes an average of 1.3 days for me - it is also very expensive. Cin7 have enquired as to why you can't use the modified date to only pull changed rows and improve the speed/cost of the updates.

 

I'd also like to link this request to my other feature request concerning the lack of data about production runs (from cin7).
