Connector Improvement: Sage Intacct - create columns for ones with only null values

Having columns for fields with only null values allows the schemas of two connector instances to be the same, letting queries be reused—something that's important when developing Powered by Fivetran solutions that need to generalize across many customers.
Without this capability, it's difficult (and in some cases not feasible) to add capabilities for more advanced users of Intacct without breaking more simple Intacct customers who don't use a given feature (and end up with null values in the column).
