Description of Issue:
We have noticed that the activity table is missing critical records, including deal_id: 797848 and several others. This appears to be due to the /recents endpoint fetching only data from the last month.
Note : We are also historifying the data from 2023, still many activities are not poopulated
Business Impact:
- Operational Challenges: Missing activity records, such as photoshoots and "Bookiply photos uploaded," impede our ability to track key deal progress.
- Reporting Inaccuracies: Incomplete data affects the reliability of reports and analytics, leading to potential decision-making risks.
- Incorrect Bonus Insentive Risk: Many of our employees bonus can be affected due to this.
Details:
- The issue is observed for multiple deal IDs.
- Activities tied to photoshoots and other crucial milestones are missing.
- This affects our ability to manage deal lifecycles effectively.

- Reviewed the endpoint configuration and identified the limitation with
/recents. - Cross-referenced with historical data to confirm the scope of missing records.

Hi Yash,
We're pleased to inform you that the feature addressing your concerns was made live in Jan 2025. We have implemented automatic reimport for tables that have not been synchronized in the last 30 days using the /recents endpoint and added warnings for reimported tables.
