Connector Improvement: LaunchDarkly LITE connector addition

We use the LD Lite connector and one of the replicated endpoints doesnt pull all the endpoint data into a column.

The business use case is that having access to the list of Feature Flags is ok, but it is not useful without knowing the Targeting Rule array that goes with the Feature Flag.

We need to know what targeting rules list makes up a feature flag's definition. 

Could this value from the response be persisted in the FEATURE_FLAG table or even a linked table in the ERD?
