Other: CC someone on a closed/solved issue
AnsweredI wanted to show someone a ticket that was closed. I emailed them the link but they can't access it, probably because they weren't CC'd on it when it was first created. I'd like to be able to CC/share the ticket with them so they can see the details of the issue, but there doesn't seem to be a way to do this with a closed ticket, and I don't want to create a follow-up ticket just to CC a new person on an old but important thread. Forwarding them the entire email version of the thread would work but there's a lot more scrolling involved in that, and reading the issue online would be much easier for them.
If there's currently no way to grant someone access to an issue after it's been solved, could this feature be added?

Thanks for your feedback, Solomon! Currently, our support system doesn’t allow adding CCs to closed tickets, as they’re locked to preserve data integrity. However, users with a Fivetran account can log in to the support portal and access tickets if they were CC’d while the ticket was active.
I’ll follow up with our systems team to see if sharing closed tickets can be improved. For now, forwarding the email thread is the best workaround. Let me know if you have any other questions or feedback!
