Connector Improvement: Add workflow_state to Modules table in Canvas Connector

workflow_state is an important designator for entities in Canvas to determine whether it is active, suspended, pending, etc. This helps consumers of this data determine the state of the data when importing data from Canvas and is a critical piece of our workflow. This field exists on other tables within the connector as well, so this request is also around consistency. Thanks
