We are using Fivetran to transfer survey data, including both questions and answers, from SurveyMonkey to Snowflake. However, we have encountered an issue where responses for questions formatted as matrices are not being synced properly. After contacting the Fivetran support team, we were advised to submit a feature request to enable the syncing of column options for matrix questions. This feature is crucial for our current operations, and we need it to be implemented as soon as possible to ensure accurate data synchronization.
