Connector Improvement: Regional Endpoint support for X-Ray (lite) connector

Some regions depending on their data residency, cannot authenticate using the X-ray connector as the connector in use there utilizes the Global endpoint.

This feature request specifically asks for to choose a endpoint for regions (e.g. EU) to connect those regions to the connector
