Connector Improvement: Avoid Manual Reconnection for the connector
The customer has requested a solution to eliminate the need for manual reconnection of the connector, when it fails with the error message: "Reconnect to start syncing data."
As the synchronization process cannot resume without testing the connection, we recommend implementing a mechanism that allows the connector to automatically trigger the reconnection and resume syncing data without requiring manual intervention.

Can you clarify what you mean that the sync process can't resume without testing the connection? We usually have automated retries for connections, meaning if an error occurs in one sync, we will still continue to try to sync for a period of time.
Is this connector potentially manually scheduled?
