Destination Improvement: Warehouse for snowflake destination

Adding a configuration for snowflake warehouse as an option for snowflake destination.
Currently it uses the default warehouse of the user in snowflake and we have some jobs that need to be on a larger warehouse but without having an option for warehouse we aren't able to scale up.
we also don't want to assign a larger warehouse to the fivetran user in snowflake as that would incur costs where not needed.
