Connector Improvement: Workday Financial Management Worktag Description

The current Worktag table has a "value" column. On occasion, Workday has "descriptions" for the worktags that are required for reporting. Examples include Spend and Revenue Category IDs. Please add "description" as column to the Worktag table when it is provided by the API.
