New Connector: AWS RDS Setup Options

We are looking at ingesting an RDS instance data into Snowflake. Since this contains sensitive data, we wanted to see what is the recommended integration approach considering the 4 options below,

The private link seems to be most scalable solution that we can implement for other connectors within the organization. what is the cost associated with that? is this covered by our Fivetran plan at the moment?

Private link is available on our Business Critical Plan. It looks like your account is currently on the Standard plan. To utilize Private Link, an upgrade to the Business Critical plan would be required.
