Connector Improvement: Zoho CRM: Update connector to use API v7 instead currently used API v2
The Zoho CRM connector from Fivetran is still using the v2 API to get the Zoho CRM data while Zoho is already officering their v7 API. This comes with some problems such as incomplete data. When doing a get request with the v2 API for CRM deals it's missing important columns like the Pipeline, while the field is present doing the same request with the v7 API. The pipeline often is important like for example we use it for different departments. Without the pipeline I don't know which deal belongs to which department.
Therefore I request the connector gets updated to the newest API version so all fields present in the CRM UI and the exported data are also present in the data synced from Fivetran.

Thank you for the feature request and for highlighting the importance of accessing the Pipeline field through the latest API. Upgrading to Zoho CRM's v7 API is a substantial task, and while we currently don’t have an immediate timeline due to lower demand, I’ve added your request to our backlog for consideration.
