Connector Improvement: Kustomer - add schemas (work_item, work_session)

The Kustomer connector does not appear to contain schemas for the work_item or work_session data.

We also need work session and work item data as this will allow us to track team member output, time spent in certain statuses, schedule adherence, and more.
