Destination Improvement: Add query tagging for snowflake.

We would like to have query tagging enabled for the queries run by Fivetran for snowflake destination. This will help us to correctly calculate the Ingestion cost based on the query run times for different connectors. 


Tags should include following.

Connector_name:

destination_name:

run_id:

    Thanks for the suggestion Sahil,

    We're looking at prioritizing query tracking using the query tag mechanism. 
    I think we will want the IDs we pass in to be join-able to the Fivetran Platform and log connectors (https://fivetran.com/docs/logs/fivetran-platform).
