Connector Improvement: Extend Look back Window for Incremental Syncs & Enable Individual Table Resyncs
Not plannedHello,
I would like to request two feature enhancements for the Amazon Seller Central connector:
1. Extended Lookback Window for Incremental Syncs
Currently, the incremental syncs for this connector only capture the last 3 days. However, due to our internal data validation and confirmation processes, it often takes 3 to 4 weeks to finalize data. To ensure accuracy, we need the ability to extend the lookback window for incremental syncs to capture updates within a 30-45-day period for the following tables:
- sales_and_traffic_business_report_daily
- sales_and_traffic_business_report_monthly
2. Individual Table Resync Capability
At present, the Amazon Seller Central connector requires a full resync to update data for any table. We would greatly benefit from the option to resync specific tables independently, which would allow us to target and refresh data where needed without reprocessing the entire connector. This would optimize our data refresh workflows and minimize unnecessary resource use.
Benefits of These Enhancements:
- Improved Data Accuracy: Ensures that recent updates and confirmations are captured, especially with longer lookback periods.
- Greater Flexibility: Allows targeted resyncs, saving time and resources by avoiding full connector resyncs.
Thank you for considering these enhancement requests. Please let us know if we can provide further details or discuss the feasibility of implementing these features.
