Currently the Instagram Business - Media Insights API (https://developers.facebook.com/docs/instagram-platform/reference/instagram-media/insights) contains the `follows` metric.

That metric is not available in the Instagram Business Media Insights Schema at the moment, could you please add that to the schema?
