Connector Improvement: Weekly Resync Feature to Capture Historical Record Changes

The issue that we’re seeing is that the Fivetran ADA connector does not capture updates to existing records.

 

A specific example would be if a conversation ended on Sept 12th and fivetran syncs on Sept 14th but the user then submits a CSAT score on Sept 16th, the updated CSAT score would not be captured in the ADA connector to Snowflake on the next sync.

 

In our discussions with the Fivetran support team, they recommended that we open a feature request for a weekly resync feature to fix this issue permanently. We would like to formally request this feature for our ADA connector.
