Connector Improvement: Docebo Additional Endpoint /learn/v1/catalog_content/internal
Completed- For each Catalogue_item attribute there is a sub_items attribute (course data).
- The Catalogue_Items table, using "learn/v1/catalog", is only returning the ID (ie 15), Name, Description, Sort_Attr, Sort_Dir, and Items_Count (course count) and NONE of the Sub_Items (courses) attribute.
- The issue is that the sub_items (courses) data is not being returned, even though it is there in the Catalog_Content API Endpoint "/learn/v1/catalog_content/internal".
We are in great need of this API Endpoint being added as an additional endpoint if the first one is not returning any sub_item, or even all the first level key-pair, attribute data.
I understand from support tickets that this is not always the same for each client with Docebo API Endpoint learn/v1/catalog, so this is critical for clients who, for whatever reason on Docebo's part, are unable to obtain this data through the current Fivetran Docebo API Endpoint.
