In the salesforce connector (and others I suspect), when I select 'all' objects to be sync'd, it would be nice if the Fivetran schema interface would automatically not include those objects that Fivetran knows to require a full resync at each run (and then let customer decide by manually selecting those needed).

When I want to select all SFDC object, there are 1600+ objects.  This includes those that Fivetran deems 'table will be re-imported based on reimport logic'.  I would rather it skip those and select all others then allow me to manually adjust which objects to sync.
