Connector Improvement: Support to manage the PrivateLink setup for AWS DynamoDB connector

For the time being, we cannot control via IaC/Terraform if a given DynamoDB connector should use PrivateLink, or not.

I noticed there is this input (is_private_link_required) but it seems to only be applicable for AWS Lambda as it states:

Service aws_lambda: We use PrivateLink by default if your AWS Lambda is in the same region as Fivetran. Turning on this toggle ensures that Fivetran always connects to AWS lambda over PrivateLink. Learn more in our PrivateLink documentation.

This would be great to support and avoid manual work when setting a new DynamoDB connector.

My organization is looking for this feature as well. This seems to be the only configuration parameter missing from the API for DynamoDB connectors for some reason.
