Connector Improvement: Amazon RDS for SQL Server - dynamic port support

Hi there

We run dynamic ports on some of our Amazon RDS for SQL Server instances. Rather than react to port changes via Failure notifications for Fivetran connector it would be excellent if Fivetran could support dynamic ports, please.
