Connector Improvement: Smartsheet connector: time_entry table is missing the bill_rate column

The time_entry table in the Smartsheet connector is missing the bill_rate column (but it includes the bill_rate_id column).
This bill_rate column pulls the bill rate for roles in the specific project, and is different from the rate in the bill_rate table. For some projects, our business uses a different bill rate (e.g. when we give customers discounts).
The bill_rate field is available via the Smartsheet API: https://10kft.github.io/10kft-api/#suggested-(unconfirmed)-time-entries
Would it be possible to include the bill_rate column in the time_entry table?
