Connector Improvement: Linear - add Project Status

Hi all, 

In Linear the project state has been deprecated and been replaced by the project status in March 2024 ->
https://linear.app/changelog/2024-03-19-custom-statuses-for-projects

It would be very useful to be able to extract the project status -> https://studio.apollographql.com/public/Linear-API/variant/current/schema/reference/objects/ProjectStatus
