The time offset needs to be managed according to user requirements. Fivetran provides a time offset range of (+0 to +59 minutes), and the documentation states that this cannot be changed by users. But it will be much better, if we can change time offset, according to business requirements. in our case, it is showing 37 minutes. Screen shot attached.
