New Connector: Clerk - Identity & User Management

Similar to Okta & Auth0, Clerk does user management, authentication and identity management.
They are extremely popular within the React ecosystem, specifically NextJS and Vercel hosed application.
Setting up a Lite connector with User, Organization and the membership between those two would be really amazing.
Clerk is somewhat twitchy with rate limiting but the backend API permits 100 requests/10 seconds. That is an account-wide not per API key limit.
List all users can be ordered descending by updated_at; there is no direct updated_at filter.
