Connector Improvement: Improve speed of BigCommerce connector

The BigCommerce connector is incredibly slow, even at low order volumes. I believe this is in part because of BigCommerce's API limitations, but we are an Enterprise customer and the connector is still quite slow (1 hr+), even at low volumes (overnight, when order volumes are near zero, a sync still takes 10-15 minutes).

Any optimization in speed would be valuable. The current connector is not viable for high-volume periods (Black Friday, for example).

    Hi Nick,

    I wanted to provide an update on improving the performance of BigCommerce. We have added multi-threading to improve the sync and we have reduced the sync time 5x.
