Connector Improvement: Add Support for Custom API Endpoints in Factbird Connector

I want to request the ability to configure a custom API endpoint for the Factbird connector. This feature is needed for customers using dedicated tenants with Factbird, as they cannot access the generic endpoint https://api.cloud.factbird.com and face 403 Forbidden errors.

Customer Impact:

  • This will enable customers with dedicated Factbird tenants to use the connector, expanding the flexibility and usability of the connector.

Use Case:

  • A customer is currently unable to sync their data because their API endpoint is specific to their dedicated tenant with Factbird. Supporting custom API endpoints will resolve this issue.
