Connector Improvement: Integrating Custom fields for Marketing_source_Swoogo_source connector

Atlassian has a very high priority request to integrate Custom fields for the Marketing_source_Swoogo_source connector. We need these custom fields to create ojur necessary tables and analysis to deprecate our Vivastream subscription of $500k annually.

    This is a VERY important request for us, as we want to be able to use 5Tran to pull data from Swoogo directly into our Data Warehouse. Can you provide an ETA?

    Hi folks! I am the lead data scientist supporting analysis of Events at Atlassian. Being able to pull Swoogo custom fields is a critical functionality for us to be able to scale our reporting and is one of our CMO's top priorities this fiscal year.

    Unblocking this would be huge not only for us, but for many other Swoogo customers too who use custom fields for set up and reporting every day.

    It is frankly pretty surprising to find out something basic as this wasn't supported to begin with.

    Yikes, the incompleteness of this product is shaking the whole ground for choosing Fivetran. We are trying everything we can to defend the investment, but it cannot go far without help from Fivetran itself.
