When I make changes to a schema definition for an existing connector, e.g. add a new table or rows, I don't necessarily want a sync to be triggered as soon as I hit `save`.

Some connectors are set to run outside of core business hours to reduce the load on the 3rd party system. If I'm making a change to a connector during business hours, I still want these connectors not to run until their scheduled next sync.

If I want to trigger a sync after making changes the functionality to manually trigger a sync can be used.
