Connector Improvement: Show the base_url in Salesforce connector API + UI

In the conenctors api it would be great to retrieve the base_url of the connector even if it was configured via the connect card and direct authorize.
The base_url used to appear in Fivetran's UI.
Now that it stopped appearing in the UI we take it from Fivetran's logs but it's uncomfortable.
