Connector Improvement: Github Pull Request Labels & Files Changed

Currently only Issue Labels are available to use, but we require Pull Request Labels as well. We'd also have a requirement to understand what files changed during a pull request. Both data points are available via the API.

    Pull request labels are already supported via the issue_label table as pull requests are represented as issues. If you have an specific example, please feel free to reply to this post and share. If you can also share the exact APIs you are referring to that would help expedite this request.
