Connector Improvement: Add support for user and hybrid projects by syncing userListIds in the Iterable connector.

For USER ID based project and Hybrid project the API provides userListIds which does the same function as emailListIds. The connector currently syncs emailListIds but not userListIds. Including userListIds, which would sync data for USER and Hybrid projects.

    Luke from the Product team here. Thanks for submitting this feature request.

    Our connector has a LIST_USER table. It provides the current user-to-list relationships for email-based, userId-based, and hybrid projects. We plan to deprecate the email_list_ids field in the USER_HISTORY table because it is duplicative. You can find all of the relationships between all list types and users in the LIST_USER table.
