AnsweredWe use shared emails for connectors, rather than personal emails (though I'd have the same issue as I have access to all accounts with my personal work email), which means there are literally hundreds of client accounts connected to the same email. At the moment, you can only select client accounts within the connector, not manager or sub-manager accounts.

I am looking to use this connector to pull data on a monthly basis across all our accounts, we have manager accounts that add extra sub-manager and client accounts on a monthly basis, so filtering on client accounts isn't sufficient as I would need to go in every month and select the additional ones. Furthermore, I only need this data for a sub-set of accounts connected to the shared email, so will need to be able to filter for this at the manager level.

I've added this to our backlog. Traditionally, we've avoided showing the entire hierarchy in the setup form because the list of sub-manager accounts could get quite long and make the setup process more confusing for customers. The request to Google for the account hierarchy is already slow, loading all manager and sub-manager accounts in our setup form may take a while.However, I understand how this would be valuable for your use case. Additional upvotes from other customers on this feature request will help increase the priority for adding this.
Would adding the customer.id to your reports and filtering on that in downstream queries help with this?
