Hi Khone,

Fivetran implicitly supports HVR for AlloyDB (as a PostgreSQL-flavor database) following the hosted database support policy at https://fivetran.com/docs/hvr6/supported-platforms/platform-support-matrix-610.

To the best of my knowledge the test_decoding capability is available in AlloyDB when you enable logical replication. This plugin is currently used by HVR for SQL-based access to the WAL logs. Note we will be changing to pgoutput but that capability is also available.
