Connector Improvement: Add Action Items to Impact Connector

The Impact Connector is missing a key piece of data that should get added to the Connector. The Connector has the "Action" endpoint enabled, but is missing the "Action Items" endpoint data. This Action Items endpoint contains key data such as the items that are in the conversion. This data is absolutely critical and requires us to build an alternate solution to pull this data in from Impact and not use the Fivetran connector.

    Hi Everyone,

    Thank you for raising the improvement request. Just wanted to provide an update that we have prioritized this feature, and we plan to tentatively deliver this by the end of the current quarter, Jan'26.

    I will be sending out comms when we make this available to Impact Connector along other few changes.

    We also need to be able to pull action item to display product detail performance for our client. This is a critical use case!
