Connector Improvement: Jira Teams API is loading only teams that are assigned to an issue

We need JIRA teams API to load all teams in Jira irrespective of whether they are associated an issue or not. Currently Jira Teams API returns only teams that are assigned to issues.

    Hi Venkat, 

    As of right now, JIRA doesn't support an API specific to getting all teams. We can definitely re-evaluate if JIRA supports this in the future, but as of now we are blocked on the limitations of the source APIs.
