Other: HVR Multi Table Grouping

Raising a request to add multi table grouping support. Currently a table can only be part of a single group outside of default. If you have 1 capture and multiple different integrates with different purposes its a pain to define properties table by table simply because you cannot have a table part of multiple groups. Sure you can do it based on locations however that again then becomes cumbersome in certain scenarios. I believe this feature has been requested by others also

    Hi Ali,

    Indeed a table can only be part of a single table group at this time. Changing this would involve a major overhaul of the underlying repository, and with that the way the UI interacts. It is something we could consider for a future major upgrade of the technology e.g. HVR 7.

    For HVR 6 we have no plans to change the current behavior. As you said between table groups and locations you do have two dimensions to define actions, with ultimately table/location-level actions if all fails. This will be the mode for the foreseeable future.
