Connector Improvement: Configurable value to send a notification about a broken connector

Currently a notification is sent about a broken connector after three failed syncs in a row. Make this a configurable value so teams could be notified sooner or later depending on their needs

    Hi Bryce, 

    Thanks for your feedback! We don't currently send a notification for failed syncs (ones without errors) because there is a high likelihood these are transient and will resolve on their own. 

    I'm curious how much more quickly you'd want to be notified (on first time?) and why? Would you care if the issue later resolved by itself (e.g. we hit a rate limit in one sync but recovered in the next)?
