Dashboard Improvement: Enable Update of Repository Database settings from the HVR UI

We are using OAUTH to authenticate our HVR Hubs to our repository databases.  
After setup, the UI doesn't show any of the settings for the repository, much less allow us to change them (i.e. update our client secret needed for our service principal).

    Hi Will,

    This has been requested before. The request is not currently scheduled but it is on our backlog. At this time I do not have an estimate when we may get to it.
