Connector Improvement: SFTP connector can include metadata columns

Raising Feature Request on behalf of the customer.
I want to connect SFTP to Snowflake but along with the columns present in the file I want to add 2 columns at the end of each file , one being the timestamp and the other the folder name from which the file is coming.
Since the SFTP connector does not support adding extra columns directly to the files being synced, this is raised as a Feature Request.

Hi Atishi, thank you for raising this request!
Fivetran adds the _file and _modified columns for each row. The folder name is a part of the _file column. See https://fivetran.com/docs/connectors/files#primarykeys for documentation. Do these metadata columns suffice?
